this game is so dead. like dead as a doornail. the city painter folks hate it. the city builder folks hate it. i was a huge CS fanboy, bought this deluxe uber edition for this, and I am still mad about it. the game is boring, unfinished, and just a lazy mess of garbage. the devs don’t care, they bet on the mod community fixing everything. the problem is that there is no mod community because no one wants to play this awful game. this studio is done for and they deserve it.
I’ve got like 400 hours in it already and I’m loving it, and most of the big YouTubers are playing it exclusively. There are tons of great mods. I don’t know what game you’re playing, but it ain’t this one…
I’m just waiting for someone to make a FOSS clone of SimCity 4 at this point.
I’ll check back in 5 years when all the expansions from 1 are ported to 2 and the modders have fixed them again.
