Russian naval vessels in late April stole a wave measuring buoy created and operated by Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech) from its location off the island of Hiiumaa, researchers claim.

Maybe I’m missing something because it definitely looks intentional to me, it’s not like they are removing and putting it aside to do whatever sus thing they want to, they just take it home with them
