    • Brush: Rad Dinosaur Creations “Nebulagance” - TurnNShave Quartermoon 26mm Synthetic
    • Razor: Koraat - Moarteen (square point, 15/16", full hollow, r/wetshaving exclusive) (5)
    • Lather: Barrister and Mann - Rhapsody (soft heart) - Soap
    • Post Shave: Zingari Man - The Master - Recovery Splash
    • Post Shave: Barrister and Mann - Rhapsody (soft heart) - Balm
    • Fragrance: Chanel - Égoïste - EdT

Little by little my shaves are improving with this straight. Against the grain still feels pretty uncomfortable on my chin. I’m not sure whether this is because of technique or whether I should start considering having this razor honed.

Overall a great shave, and a beautiful combination of scents.

I’d stick it out a little longer. Technique definitely helps.

You’re stropping between shaves, right? Sort of obvious but figured I’d ask.

Yeah before the shave I’ve been doing like 20 laps on nylon webbing then 20-40 on leather.

After the shave I’m doing about 20 on leather to make sure the blade is dry.

I found the chin area the most difficult (you have to adjust angle permanently), so this is normal. Give it some time, and you will be able to do it without issues.
