    Def sounds like the trail of evidence is weak.

    Unless the racoon was caged or on a lead. Surly the defence will claim it found the stuff and dragged it into the car.

    Even if the driver has a history etc. seems the racoon is all sorts of reasonable doubt.

      She’s cooked bro. She has paperwork claiming the raccoon as a pet and it holding a meth pipe on bodycam allowed probable cause to justify the search. Fuck the police but they’re unfortunately probably going to get the conviction.

        The possibility of the pipe-wielding raccoon having acquired the pipe independently and without the driver’s knowledge doesn’t invalidate the search that found all the drugs. The active warrant is enough.
