I think the mineral deal is for future resources in unoccupied territory. If Russia wins US gets nothing right? So they can’t really fully sit back. But I’ll admit maybe I’m understanding wrong. The real key is that Trump got bored honestly.
Except Trump is a puppet of Putins, to some degree. So he would Not Care about Russia occupiying Ukraine in any way, because He will still get His Deal. And in the mean time, Europe will continue to buy American Arms, making him and His größter Friends rich in the process.
