The CEO of Mozilla, Laura Chambers, provided insights about the U.S. v. Google LLC case ahead of the trial slated to begin April 21, 2025.
Before I read, my guess is it won’t be asking for Google to keep Chrome (because of that sweet sweet Google money), but won’t be a really anti-Google blog entry. Presumably very wishy-washy.
Now I’ll read it and see how off I was.
Lol, she’s more concerned about the Google millions they get every year. Pathetic. The blog entry is a wishy-washy as I expected it to be. Maybe even more pro-Google than I expected, but she tread a fine line to not be so obvious about how desperate she is for that million dollar paycheck the search engine deal nets her. Again, it’s pathetic.

Say good-bye to the Google gravy train, Mozilla.
Feels like she’s trying to say something without saying it.
Some of the remedies proposed in the case risk the future of our Firefox browser and Gecko browser engine—the last remaining non-Big Tech browser engine.
How’s that?
