    No, skipped class a couple times for work as well. As a result I’m studying for the test all weekend, and I don’t think I’ll do well

    Interesting take but i’d say the real issue here is that breaded meat shouldnt come in contact with sauce when receiving the meal on a plate. Its not about denying sauce for the sauce enjoyers. Its about choice. The sauce should be served seperatly in a saucière. With that approach you can have sauce and the breaded crunch too.
