none of your examples make sense. “trillion” has more gravity than “billion” in headlines. simple as that.
Most people have a hard time envisioning large numbers so half a larger number has more gravity than x of a smaller number.
Well the former is the reason “half” doesn’t work as well. Trillion, Quintillion, Zillion, it has less impact.
