In other words, government shutdown is a near guarantee.
Yep, he just primed his supporters to believe that since he didn’t want to do it, it must be the other guys that forces his hands.
A government that is shutdown cannot undo the damage it has done since inauguration.
It cannot answer angry phone calls, etc.
