It’s a “puzzle” common in Kirby games. The puzzle is that only the bomb blocks can remove the “concrete” blocks, but that they don’t always blow up the closest ones.
In this one, if you blow up either of the bomb blocks that look like the right ones, it spawns concrete blocks in the way of the treasure. The correct bomb to blow up is the one that doesn’t look like it connects to anything.
