This… is not going to help the cause.
what cause? even if they (Reddit) would back off now, it would only be to calm tensions so they can implement the same changes over time, boiling frog style, instead. Whatever cause there was is dead and buried, the AMA made that very clear.
This hacker group isn’t doing this to change Reddits mind, they just found a nice way to gain some publicity and renown.
I like how they’re demanding they scrap their API changes…oh and $4.5 million. Seems like they’re not as invested as the headline might make it
It’s less than what just one 3rd party app which doesn’t even have a lot of users to care about earns in 3 months according to reddit admins, not a big deal, those hacker’s servers need money to be running yknow, information isn’t free, unlike some CEOs they are not profitable yada yada.
why am i not suprised
BAHAHAHAHAA
Waiting for it to be leaked then. Spez has found Musk. He’s not going to back down.
Spez has found Musk.
What a disgusting fucking sentence, with or without context

Is there a way to report an account to the instance admins? So far, I’ve only found a way to report a comment. This guy has been spamming anti-LGBT hate speech across the Fediverse.
