This works for all numbers ending in 9:
x*9+x+9=x(9+1)+9
=10x+9
It makes sense, it’s basically always 10*x+9.
Doesn’t make much sense for negative values of X, nor decimal numbers.
Then simply change the statement to say for any whole number X
