No race at all: not a single attack even in despair or for the show, no pursuit, no high pace, no acceleration/testing in any of the climbs before the last one. Sorry, I forgot that there was an attempt at making an echelon, which lasted only 1/4 mile…
Beside that, the only event was one fall, where Skjelmose eliminated himself.
And one point I noted: like Berthet on the Tour du Jura on Saturday, Evenepoel needlessly stayed for dozens of miles in 2nd - 3rd position of the peloton lead by one or two of his teammates, taking more wind than any other rider.
Unfortunately my Max feed refuses to load, so I can’t watch it… at least it was cheap!
