Yes, the need to defecate is (mostly) governed by the rectal walls stretching.

So, behind your anus, there is your rectum, it’s a chamber that is usually empty, only if the colon is too full or shortly before you defecate does it get filled with stool.

Normal farts are gas coming from your colon and filling your rectum like a balloon, when you fart all that pressure is released and because the rectum is usually empty, only gas escapes.

But when you do have stool in your rectum… for example because your colon is overflowing into it or because the consistency of your stool is too fluid to be held back from the rectum, then that depressurization will push out with it the other content of your ass, straight into your underpants.

This is btw. how anal-sex is usually cleaner than people imagine it to be, because the rectum is (usually) empty and (mostly) clean.

I love you and your comic, but there are some good points here.

Very much this. You don’t have to be trans to be curious. I’m extremely curious and given the chance would try all kinds of things that some people, who are less secure in their identity, would balk at.

But the body I would really want is just young, fit and healthy and preferably my gender asigned at birth, but I would take any gender if that’s the only way to be young, fit and healthy again.

Accurate but also not. PewDiePie came out in favour and PirateSoftware lied about it. But I think Thor lying created a huge burst of coverage about how he’s wrong and really created lots of noise about it.

Try 4th Edition, I am having sooooo much fun! But if you want Spells to feel like more than just different flavors of damage/buffs/debuffs, I would recommend the addon “Magic - Deeper Secrets” that brings back a whole lot of the extremely creative spells from 2nd Edition.
