The wording of the headline is a bit misleading. The order is to allow for a 3rd vote after they’ve been found guilty of illegal tactics in the first 2 votes.
Any workers planning to unionize have to go now. Following Jan 6 the NLRB will be stacked with union busters.
And then hope SCOTUS doesn’t gut the power of unions.
Which they almost certainly will.
It is important to remember that the legal power of unions was bought in blood. Both of the workers and the their bosses. I really hope we don’t end up there again, but I do think that it can happen.
