can we stop measuring phones at there thinnest and start at their thickest? im tired of camera bumps. i can deal with the extra width, i have a folding phone in a case already. make it thicker so we can have more battery, or add some features back like a 3.5mm headphone jack.

I’m more impressed with thinner TVs than thin phones. As long as my phone is not thicker than my portable battery, idk.

I’m not buying a foldable phone, until they come up with one specifically designed to close it with a satisfying slap sound.

I want to end all my calls with extra sass…

I think most do…with the caveat that the screen protector needs to be changed every so often (every 6 months to a yearish), as it will start to bubble at the crease. Really not much of a hassle to get replaced or to replace it yourself.

Samsung fold/flip will do this. The fold actually has a much more audible slap and seems to also be more durable.

As the owner of both I can’t say I’d recommend either unless you’re a power user in the case of the fold.

Having owned the Mi 9, I greatly dislike Xiaomi’s OS, and unlocking the bootloader requires at least a two week wait.
