    I also enjoy “Boing Bad” jokes. However, that’s how Non-Diclosure agreements work.

    There will be no technology investments without the ability to keep your own technology.

      Which sucks, because it just leads to less scientific knowledge and progress. It’s why it’s much more efficient to cooperate, than to compete.

      Would that necessitate destroying the data though?
      Boeing & VG might collaborate in the future. Seems excessive and paranoid to destroy the data outright

        Absolutely. I have done dozens of NDAs with dozens of companies . They all have that clause.

        However the disclosing company asks for their data to be distroyed if held by the other party. You don’t have to destroy your own IP.
