If any animal was going to evolve blade wings, it’d be a goose relative. I can imagine a goose with hard scales on the leading edge of its wings which it slowly sharpens across stone while squinting menacingly at every creature it sees.
It’s a beautiful day in the Cretaceous era and you are a horrible goose.
Magpies and plubbers can be a bit vicious too
