Seems a bit slim. They all seem like sensible additions - but are we reaching the end of core OS innovation?
I feel like the concept of what a mobile phone should be has kind of solidified so not much is changing or being disrupted. Personally, I feel like Android has instead been focusing on weird UI changes that aren’t necessarily for the better just so that the devs have something to do. Ever since they changed quick settings to display 4 settings instead of 6 and removed the ability to access the clock app by clicking on the time, I’ve sort of lost interest in new Android releases.
