My company thought it would be cute to hire McKinsey to revise our company policies on harassment and claim they were a neutral 3rd party. One of the executives has direct ties to leadership at McKinsey.

Had the displeasure of dealing with McKinsey as they performed the legal equivalent of extortion under the guise of “public health” during COVID. Crazy just how deep their tendrils go when it comes to steering public funds and policy.
That’s what you get when your alumni are in positions of power everywhere.
