    I legit thought it was a misspelling of program but googled it just incase.

    Pogrom - an organized massacre of a particular ethnic group, in particular that of Jewish people in Russia or eastern Europe in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

    There is no hamas in the west bank by the way. That is run by the PLO. So there is no excuse for this but as others have said it’s not the first time this has happened. 😪
